Cialis Tablets (Tadalafil) is a highly effective medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). This medication works by increasing blood flow to the penis, allowing for a harder, longer-lasting erection.
The Cialis (Tadalafil) tablets are manufactured by Pfizer. The active ingredient, tadalafil, belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping men achieve and maintain an erection.
1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:

Cialisis the most well-known prescription drug in the UK and is commonly prescribed for erectile dysfunction. This medication is not available as a GP-prescription and is also not available as a tablet.
The UK government introduced the Cialis Pillsiji in a major local health initiative in August to provide Cialis for the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction. The new pacts will see prices start to drop significantly in the City and around the Republic of Singapore as a whole, so it’s crucial that patients using Cialis continue to take the medication.
Cialis is not currently available as a branded product in the UK and is not normally covered by Singapore’s Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. The UK’s Pharmaceutical Benefits Guarantee Act 31 had limited support for Cialis until April 31, 2014, following supply issues with branded Cialis. Brand name Cialis has been available since December 2019, but the cost has not been confirmed.
The Cialis Pillsiji has been an integral part of the health-care system in the UK for many years. The sildenafil citrate medication was first approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 1998, followed by the brand name Viagra in 2013 and now under review by the PM’s. The medication is not available over the counter in the UK.
The active ingredient in Cialis is tadalafil, which belongs to a class of medications known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, thereby allowing increased blood flow when sexually aroused.
The medication works by increasing the amount of cGMP, a substance that relaxes the blood vessels in the penis, allowing the blood to flow more freely in and of itself.
This increased blood flow helps produce an erection. The medication does not work if you’re not sexually stimulated. It will only help you achieve an erection if you are.
The medication should be taken about one hour before sexual activity. The timing of the dose is based on your doctor’s advice. The dose may be increased or decreased based on the severity and frequency of your condition.
The medication should be taken with a glass of water about 1-3 hours before sexual activity. It is recommended to take the medication with food.
The most commonly reported side effects of Cialis are:
These effects are usually mild and should improve on their own within a few hours. However, if you notice any sudden vision or hearing loss, or other severe symptoms, such as chest pain or chest pain and prolonged erections lasting more than 4 hours, seek medical attention immediately.
The medication is commonly prescribed for Erectile Dysfunction only. It should not be used by men over 18 years of age with erectile dysfunction. For full treatment information see the ‘Pharmacy and Healthcare’ section of the “Cialis FAQs” form on the Sildenafil pacts.
In Singapore, the medication is only prescribed for Erectile Dysfunction. It is not recommended for use in the eyes or by men with glaucoma.
On the Sildenafil pacts prices, patients are only able to use the medication if they are over the age of 18 and have a Singapore Pharmacy Card.
If you have an age-related condition, such as Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), seek medical help at least 2 hours before or after taking Cialis.
Cialis is not recommended for patients with a known history of heart disease or those taking certain other medications.
Cialis should not be taken by Singapore’s elderly patients or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. It should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Nicknamed “The Weekender Pill”,Tadalafil is the generic version of Cialis™. It lasts up to 36 hours and the reason some prefer Tadalafil over Sildenafil, which typically last up to 8 hours. Please select your preferred dosage and number of pills.

The effects of cialis daily are not as strong as they may seem, and even more so when you consider what you will need to be taken at least once a day.
But the benefits of taking Cialis Daily might seem a little strange, as you’ll find out if it’s right for you. The drug is a powerful vasodilator that can improve blood flow and blood pressure, and it can also be a valuable addition to your sexual wellness routine. Cialis Daily is generally safe for most people with mild to moderate ED, but for those who have underlying health conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes, it may not be appropriate.
The Cialis Daily effects can be quite noticeable in those with mild to moderate ED, but they may not be as pronounced in those who are taking a higher dosage.
The benefits of taking Cialis Daily might be minimal, though, as the drug is a daily medication, and the effects can last up to 36 hours.
In addition to being well-tolerated, Cialis Daily should also be taken with caution, as it may cause side effects that can affect your sexual health.
